Vintage Spoon Handle Necklace

This necklace started as part of something bigger.

Originally the matching handle to one of my spoon bowl pieces, it’s now been separated and given a completely new life of its own and I love that the story still carries through both pieces.

The etched detail running through the handle is beautiful, but the tiny heart shape tucked into the base is what really makes this one special. It’s the kind of detail you might not notice straight away then once you do, you can’t stop seeing it.

I love when old pieces still stay connected somehow, even after becoming something completely different.
