Returns & Exchanges

Each Molly Made piece is lovingly handcrafted using vintage silverware and rare Australian coins. Because of the nature of these materials, small imperfections, marks, and signs of age are not considered faults. They’re part of the charm, and what makes every piece truly one-of-a-kind.

We kindly ask for your understanding of the following:

• No returns for change of mind - As each piece is unique and made in small batches, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges if you change your mind after purchase.

• No returns on earrings – For hygiene reasons, all earring sales are final.

• Custom orders are final sale – If you've requested a custom piece, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives with a fault.

• Faulty item? Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order – We’ll assess the issue and work with you to find a resolution. If the item is deemed faulty, we will cover the return shipping where required.

Please note: slight variations and subtle signs of age are to be expected when working with reclaimed materials. These details are celebrated as part of the story and individuality of your jewellery—not flaws.
